ABOUT US

Eve and Nicola are dreamers about a different and better, happier, healthier world.

Dreamers that is who believe we can get on and create good things now -

for ourselves, others and our communities.

We are 'do-ers' that want to collaborate to make things happen, not sit in endlessly long workshops, sessions or meetings working out how to get there.

And we want to help others make things happen too.

We support people, teams, organisations or communities that have an idea to make it a reality.  We use our coaching, team coaching and project consultancy skills to do this.  We can start wherever you  are on your journey now - creating meaningful insight, defining vision and goals, building the right relationships, making a plan to get it done or evaluating what you've learned.

We get particularly excited about working with you when you have ideas about:

  • connecting with others to improve collaboration, interdependence and innovation;

  • creating fulfilling and meaningful work;

  • improving health and well-being;

  • progressing gender equality;

  • and supporting sustainable lives.

You can read more about our approach and the way that we work in our blogs.

I've always been driven by purpose and a commitment to help build a better world.  I trained as a solicitor, seeing the law as a vehicle for social change and justice and after a spell of criminal and asylum work, I immersed myself in public law - in particular education, health, mental health and social care...[read more].

I left my legal career behind out of a desire to:

  • work with people - to help them identify what really matters to them and find more sustainable and person-centred solutions to the problems they face;

  • facilitate better conversations, connection and collaboration - as a key to improving wellbeing, preventing crisis and resolving conflict

  • actively seek out, test and develop new ways of living, working, leading, collaborating and governing - to help good things happen and bring about social change.

I am currently working towards Level 5 qualification in Clean coaching and mentoring with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and ORSC certificated in the Fundamentals of Organisational Relationship Systems Coaching. I am Working Out Loud and part of the first, international WOL Certification Programme.

You can learn more about me from my 1-Page Profile.  I'd love to connect with you on Twitter and LinkedIn.

My career has been about creating change - within policy, strategy, service commissioning, organisational change and in coaching with individuals.  I have managed large-scale organisational transformation programmes and created small, specialist teams and projects within the public, private and voluntary sectors.

Working with individuals I am particularly focused on supporting people to realise meaningful work, good people leadership and achieve health and well-being.  Most recently I have been coaching a range of social entrepreneurs and innovators within and outside of organisations that want to collaborate differently to achieve their goals.

I enjoy helping teams to thrive and believe passionately that it is people and their relationships that make change happen.  I work with clients to design change projects that do this.

I am an Associate Member of the Association of Coaching, NLP Practitioner and ORSC certificated in the Fundamentals of Organisational Relationship Systems Coaching. I am currently working towards qualification in Clean Facilitation and coaching. I am Working Out Loud and part of the first, international WOL Certification Programme.

The Neo-Generalist, Kenneth Mikkelsen & Richard Martin

"The neo-generalist defies easy classification. They are tricksters who traverse multiple domains, living between categories and labels. Encompassing rather than rejecting, the neo-generalist is both specialist and generalist. A restless multidisciplinarian, who is forever learning. They bring together diverse people, synthesising ideas and practice, addressing the big issues that confront us in order to shape a better future.

They are curious, responsive, connective."
